Meat Wholesale of July: Beef

With summer officially starting in June, many of us will be looking for our meat wholesale to accommodate to the ever changing climate. Last month, we looked at how pork is frequently used in the month of June. While we looked at the meat quite broadly, mainly we looked at how beloved wholesale pork can primarily be used on a barbecue. 

Similarly, we have decided to look at how delicious, top quality wholesale beef can be used in the month of July. In the Staffordshire slaughterhouse business, we hear all manner of stories of how beef can be cooked, served and enjoyed in the summer months. So, let’s share them with you in this blog. 

Brilliant Burgers

One of the main staples of any Great British barbecue are the brilliant burgers. Succulent and expertly cooked burgers are the perfect garden or outside food. You can usually top the meat with all manner of diverse and tasty toppings. This can include, but are not limited to; cheese, tomato, onion and a range of sauces. The diversification of toppings and extras make the underrated burger one of the best meats in the summer. 

The burger is also perfect for the outside by virtue of the fact that the food can be held in one hand and easy carried around. Once you have finished chomping down on a delicious burger, all that might be required is a simple brush of the hands together and you are good to go. 

Steak and Salad

One dish which is becoming increasingly popular in recent years is the steak and salad combination. When temperatures start to rise; you will want to have a meal which is healthy whilst simultaneously helping to keep you cool. While the steak can be as large or as thin as you want, the side salad is the real unsung hero of the plate. Usually going perfect with a cool salad dressing, the salad can help you to cool down during the hotter months. 

Beef On Your Sunday Roast 

Are there many better ways to top off your sunny Sunday in July with a homely Sunday roast? If you will be having a Sunday roast this July, the chances are you will be sampling wholesale beef on your plate. The British favourite meal is completely incomplete without our delicious beef.
